1. Shipping your package

Parcels are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via GLS and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your articles in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

2. Return Procedure:

1.Formulate your request via the contact form by selecting the theme "Order Tracking: I want to return my order".
2.After receiving your request, our customer advisors will come back to you as soon as possible to provide you with your "Return Number".
3.Return the products which do not suit you in the original packaging and indicate your "Return Number" in the fold. We recommend a postage at the eco rate.
4.Upon receipt of your fold, we exchange or refund within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekend and working days).

2.1 Product condition :

The products must be returned to us in the best possible condition, in full and if possible in the original packaging. MANGOO.biz reserves the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned to us in a non-conforming state.

2.2 The return cost :

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, we strongly advise you to return your order to the eco rate. In the event that a return is the responsibility of MANGOO.biz, compensation for the costs of return is obviously provided.
